1) all artists are welcome to this tournement, comics, flash, and writers you name it you can do it.

2) there will be no teams as there is only one spot in the family, sorry

3) no pure humans are allowed into this competition as they are oblivious as to what is going on which is why Mircea has been able to do what he does for a millenium. unless you can think of a really really good reason why they would know about this stuff then I may let it go.

4) all characters must be original characters I know this seems redundant but please?

5) you are allowed to have swearing, nudity, and all that jazz because that is how Mircea is and if the host can do it why can't you?

6) I could prefer if you entrant was not immortal already but once more if you can give a legit reason as to why they want to be with the sick puppy Mircea then I will let this happen.

7) be nice to the other competitors and respectful of thier chacters, you are going to most of the time be asked to kill them, sorry that is how Mircea is, but do it in a tastful way so that is seems more like an honor not a sacrafice.

8) if i set a dead line I do expect the people involved to meet it unless there are exams and such, just let me know and then under certain circumstances extensions shall be made.

9) use the NPCs and other chacters that are needed for the tournement with respect and respect the will of the judgding. If you think there was a fluke or that the judging was unfair please note me not your judge or go aboult saying nasty things about your opponents okay?
